1990.07-1993.07 : Assistant Tutor ,South China Agricultural University.

1993.07-1999.10 assistant researcher at Agricultural college of South China Agricultural University

1999.10-2004.12: South China Agricultural University, associate professor, Master Tutor

2004.12-now: professor and doctoral supervisor in South China Agricultural University.

2004.07-2006.07: the assistant and deputy county mayor of Yangdong County, Guangdong Province.

2007.04-2009.03:deputy director of science and Technology Department of South China Agricultural University

2009.03-  :director of the Key Laboratory Construction Office of South China Agricultural University

RESEARCH INTEREST

Engaged in the protection and innovation of rice germplasm resources, mainly focusing on the key technology and theoretical research of Neo-tetraploid rice
